Place your orders

We recommend that existing clients place new orders online using their my floorplanz account or alternatively we accept orders by phone, fax or email. Once your order has been entered onto my floorplanz you will receive notifications and alerts which keep you informed and up to date at every stage of the process. You can also login to your account to track the progress of a particular order at any time.

In order to remain cost effective and provide an efficient and seamless service we have automated as many of our processes as possible. However, our production team are always on hand to help with any job or project related question.

The office is open from 8.30am ‐ 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours please email info@floorplanz.co.uk
